Does Not Come Fully Assembled - Seat Must Be Attached
Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Mar 29, 2024
This is still sitting in a corner after I unboxed it and discovered I would need tools to attach the seat. It was shipped promptly and was carefully boxed; I feel the fault is my own for assuming it would arrive in one piece after doing a search for "no assembly" and seeing this item included in the search results. I'm a senior with RA and I don't have the grip strength, or the drill and other tools necessary to attach the seat, so I will have to wait until I can arrange to have the chair assembled. It looks to be of high quality, I just wish I'd been able to use it right out of the box.

When You Search for
Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Review star icon Mar 18, 2024
I ordered a Galleria Library Chair after a search for "fully assembled" resulted in a number of library chairs. I was excited by the reasonable price and free shipping, but the chair I received was not ready to use out of the box. It requires a drill to attach the wooden seat to the framework. I am elderly and handicapped, so I've ended up with a chair I won't be able to use until I can arrange for someone to complete the assembly for me. I accept responsibility because the product detail didn't say whether it was fully assembled or not, and I shouldn't have relied on the search results. Live and learn.
