The Depths

The Depths follows Addie Spencer, a seventeen-year-old girl who is reluctantly spending two weeks on Eulalie Island with her mother during her honeymoon. What seems like an idyllic tropical paradise soon reveals a darker side. The island is full of strange occurrences—sleepwalking, eerie bird calls, and an unsettling little girl in the woods. Addie is drawn to an enigmatic boy on the beach, and after meeting him, the island's flowers begin to change color. As she unravels the island's hidden past, she learns about two Victorian sisters who died there centuries ago, their spirits seemingly still haunting the land. With the island trapping her in its mystical grip, Addie must uncover its secrets before it claims her, too.
